These Signature Sunset bus shelters have been approved for use as the standard advertising shelter by for the City of Cincinnati, OH and by the Southwestern Regional Transit Authority operating Go*Metro. Tolar Manufacturing worked with Adsposure to fulfill this project.
These advertising transit shelters are provided in two sizes, 8-ft and 10-ft models. They feature a radius roof comprised of 1/8-in aluminum roof panels secured by gasketed pressure ribs and all aluminum construction with stainless steel fasteners and uniwelded roof structure. The rear beam and posts are custom designed with Sunset aluminum extrusion and integral glazing channels. The rear and half upstream end wall is made of 3/8-in clear tempered safety glass secured by gasketed glazing channel and glass rail mullions. A standard flat back-to-back advertising kiosk is located in the downstream end wall and includes an integrated diffuser with poster retainer clips and side hinged doors secured by tamper proof screws and 3/16-in clear tempered glass lenses. Internally telescoping adjustable leveling shoes with decorative spun aluminum escutcheon shoe covers provide ease of installation. Each shelter includes standard 4-ft perforated metal benches and are finished in super durable baked powder coat (color: Sparkle Silver) with clear coat.
While these specific advertising shelters for Cincinnati do not have electrical or illumination, Signature Sunset advertising shelters can easily accommodate connected or solar electrical power for advertising display illumination, security lighting, real-time information and more.
